Yolanda Ortega Stern is President of One World Institute, and is also national President of the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce of the U.S.A. Instrumental in lobbying for Philippine Dual Citizenship and Absentee Voting, Mrs. Stern was honored by becoming the first dual citizen sworn in under the new 2004 Philippine law. The unifying principles of her efforts are to promote the success of Filipinos, wherever they may be, and to make Filipinos easily accessible to other Filipinos.
